need some feedback men getting ready to order a new set of T.C. Heads
1 Head Quarters
2 Branch
3 Eldenbrock
any body had any experience with any of the whats your opinions thanks in ohio
I highly recommend HeadQuarters. \\; If you are just sending your heads, they will need to know all other aspects of your build, pistons, cams and CR. \\; Or you can go with one of their kits that include these items. \\; You cant go wrong with their products. \\; If you talk with Kevin or Doug at HQ they will walk you through the process of determinig what you want to achieve depending on your bike and your riding style.
Also there is hillside. T-man. HQ is a nice piece. \\; Talk to each one and tell them what you are after. \\; Go with the 1 you are comfortable with. All that are mentioned are quality porters.
I run the Branch setup.
Pretty happy with it.
95"...104 HP...99 TQ
Running S&\\;S 585 gear drive cams.
I run the JE Pistons that are cut for the Branch heads.
Cometic .030 head gasket.
The only thing I can say bad about Branch, turn-around time sucks! \\; \\; 8 weeks when I did mine.
Fortunately, I have a spare set of heads so I wasn't down the 8 weeks.
I'm over-cammed for my riding style though. I'm usually running in the 2500 RPM range and the 585's don't "turn on" til 2800 RPM.
I should have went with the 570's.
