And before anyone says it, I've already done a "Search" and didn't find the information I was looking for. I'm considering the SE 95" kit with the SE 203 cam. Why? Because I want to keep the engine looking stock. Nobodies logo on the heads(wife thinks I'm getting a new clutch cable installed). Does anyone have this setup? And what do you think of it? Is the kit "complete", or do I need valves, etc.? I already have the V&\\;H Ovals, Fuelpak, and SE A/C. \\; I appreciate the input from the "O' but-wise Forum". \\;
RE: Another 95"\\; build queation.............
HP cost money first thing you need to do is think about your riding style and what you want out of your bike I just finished a 98" GMR build on my 2005 ultra and the power is great looks stock but I went with a higher compression so I had Compression releases installed but there are many people with the same kit without them. \\; look at all of your options there are many good kits out there. \\; FYI I sent of 12 hours on the phone just talking to builders and other forum members about there likes and dislikes. I hope this helps if you need anything else free feel to ask.
RE: Another 95"\\; build queation.............
Did Axtell jugs and Baisely did the top with the new cams it's a 107\\; no one knows what it is because the chrome covers (HD) covers the small Axtell stamping. \\; Folks think I'm on a stock bike until we line up next to each other and I leave them way behind... SE 110's included. \\; I had a great Indy do it in NJ, don't know where you're from.
RE: Another 95"\\\\\\; build queation.............
I'm in CA. I can get the "Kit" for about $700, and the Indie I'm talking with will do the labor for $560. So I'd be less than $1300 total.I don't want a "hotrod", I just want a little more poop riding 2-up. Plus, I'd like to smoke my buddies with their 100ci. Stars.
RE: Another 95"\\\\\\; build queation.............
I don't think you will get what you are wanting with the build you are talking about. \\;You will think you are satisfied for about a day. \\;I found it much more reasonable to go outside the HD components. \\;(Having read a lot on here that said the 103, 107, and even the 110 builds were not impressive and some had reliability issues)  \\;I've had some warranty issues with the bike and it was no problem because it was not related to the engine. \\; The engine has been tops... no issues at all. \\; There are guys on here who swear by HQ so you might talk to them. \\; I found them very helpful and they have kits. \\; My guy was an HQ guy, too, but I was looking for lot's of low and mid torque\\; not caring about riding @ 110 mph. \\; (HQ was about a 7 week wait and I wanted it sooner\\; turned out that Baisely who did a great job on the heads originally quoted 4 weeks but took 8... it was worth the wait.) Total build for a very reliable 107 was around 4, but worth the difference between it and the HD.

If you are going to swap pistons and juggs, get headwork done too. Headwork makes a BIG difference! I have and can recommend the 96.5â kit from Automotive Machine Shop in Texas. The kit comes with their reworked heads, Andrews 26g cams (or whatever you want), 96.5â juggs and KB pistons and Cometic gaskets. My build looks stock, but is torquey, pulls long and hard, and is dependable. Iâm sure there are other builds out there and folks will chime in on them but think about going with gear cams to avoid the whole tensioner issue. Whatever you decide, go with ONE builder. Donât piece meal it, meaning cams from one place, juggs from another, and pistons from elsewhere.

dont the se heads have the se logo on them ? \\;my htcc ones do if I was to do it again I would port the stock heads most porters have a set done they will swap you for yours I put a woods tw5g cam in ,bassani road rage 2into 1 bored 95 cu in torque comes in about 2 grand fades off between 4and 5 but I mostly ride in the 2500-3000 range so always lots of power for my electraglide classic only thing my wife noticed was the heat from the bassani power curve pipe !
