Had to call MOCO for Cannaster help.
I have a 9/07 built SG.I bought it new a month ago.Craped out at 650 miles.The dealer picked it up and kept giving me the run around about when it would be fixed.Keep telling me the part was back ordered.Tuesday I called them again and they had no answer again.F that so I called Harley and talked with the warranty lady for motor issues.I told her what was going on and she was very sorry for my situation.She ask for the dealers name,serivce guy and my Vin number.She asked me to hold the line.She came back on the line and told me what the dealer had told me was total BS.She said they has sent the part next day overnight.She then got a 3 way conversation with the service guy,me and her.The service guy said oh we found the part and did not realize it had come in.He said he would have the bike fixed and in my hands by the end of the day.The lady at MOCO said yes he sure will.Thought I would share.Most of the time the service guys had been ok on my other Harley but you got to be an *** sometimes.

That is very interesting I dont suppose you would list the number you called for the rest of the fellas that are being told indefinate times from their dealers?
