Default air cleaner question
I am thinking about putting a big sucker air cleaner on my 07 street gllide and was wondering if anyone has had any issues with wet weather riding with an open air cleaner. I dont specifically look for rainy days to ride, but we all know it happens. I am going to change out my stock one to something that lets the bike breathe better and this looks like a decent unit for the cost.
Thanks in advance for your input.

not to hijack but do you have to remap after adding a big sucker or somthing similar?

I HATE riding in the rain, but have been caught in some pretty good downpours several times.&nbsp\\; No issues with mine.

Yes.&nbsp\\; More air.....need more fuel.

I put the AN big sucker on my '06 Fatboy but put a round HD cover over it that keeps the wet out but allows good airflow from the rear.&nbsp\\; I have a front plate that I use when it's sunny and i want the open air filter look.

no problemo....&nbsp\\; make sure to get the FI manifld cover too... look just above the AC on mine to see.

Had one on mine for awhile. No problems with it in the rain. However, you will probably have to get it remapped. I did.
