Ok, my painter is almost done with my chopped tourpack... and i need to know what i need to mount it... thing is, I will be using the arlen ness fender that matches my extended bags... my friend said he thought i could not use the harley quick detach for the tour pack, but that i could use the quick detach passenger backrest and weld a plate to mount the tourpack on... he said it would be much cheaper too... anyone have this fender and tourpack, or know what the h$#l he is talking about...
Not sure which A/N fender you are talking about but if it is the flared fender cover that goes over your stock fender then no I don't think you can add any detachables to that fender. A friend had a SE R/K and added that fender cover to his bike for LOOKS but lost his detachable capabilities. Sometimes LOOKS aren't everything !!!

yes it is the fender cover, i have seen detach tour packs on a few with this fender, but i think they had to mod. something... \\; anyhow, i will get it to work, even if i have to do something custom...no problem... \\; looks arent everything, but I am making this bike my own...
