Do you mean oil cooler? If so, if you're installing the HD cooler, you'll need some variation of a 7/16" allen wrench. You can call around to find one (not easy to find) or as some here have done, get a 1/4" bolt and several nuts to screw onto it. The outside size of these are 7/16" and many have used that. Next to a large socket (I used a 22mm) to unscrew the OE oil filter mounting adapter, that is about the only "special" tool needed. The rest are pretty standard sizes. A nut driver comes in handy to reach the worm clamps - but they actually provide torque specs for these so if you're really ****, you'll probably need a 3/8" drive 1/4" socket for your inch/lb. torque wrench.
Be careful, asking a question like that can get you flamed around here! You're supposed to fumble around in your tool box and figure it out on your own!
