Hi I have a $40 harbor freight 4 ton press in my shop for bearings and such. \\; I just \\;put my backrest up there and and it bent the arms in a nice controlled bend. \\; I liked this method cause I could kind of bend slow and check and bend slow and check and it just barely cracked the powder coat
