Default Clutch cable removal

I am repairing my broken fairing brackets and the clutch cable runs through the bracket on the left side.&nbsp\\;How do you remove the cable from the lever, so I can feed it through the bracket?&nbsp\\;You guys can flame me now, but I don't have a shop manual, but intend on getting one.&nbsp\\;Any suggestions would be great.

Loosen your clutch adjustment and take it loose from the handle bars.

Loosen clutch cable and remove pivot pin (snap ring on bottom) in clutch perch and cable will be removable at that point.
