My 2007 RKC (Stock) with 9600 miles has developed a scary wobble on deceleration.
 \\;
I had a new HD (stock) tire installed about 500 miles ago at a reputable dealer.
 \\;
check the pressure, i had a shop was supposed to have a bike ready for summer for me and there was only 5 psi in the front tire, well when i came down from 90 mph to 70 it went into a wobble it took everything i had to keep the bike up it kept me off of bikes for about 12 years scared the u know what out of me all over too little psi. also your rear tire may not be aligned properly i would have it checked.
Check your tire pressure and see if the tire is mounted in the right direction. \\; Take it back to the dealer and have them check out the alignment or do it yourself. \\; \\;
tap your spokes to see if they sound tight, you'll be able to tell if you hit some that aren't tight enough.  \\; My BIL has an 07 RK with 5000 miles on it and the rear spokes were loose enough that you could shake them with your fingers, \\; so loose spokes are not out of the question. \\; Good luck and keep looking til you find it.

You "just" had a tire put on and it started that? It's the tire. Prob defective. Go back and get
a different one. Have them exch it. If it still does it, yeah you have alignment issues.
 \\;
I don't know enough about those aftermarket links. You would think Harley's premium models
wouldn't need an aftermarket kit so you can ride the corners w/o being shook off.
 \\;
Then too, is it really the bikes? Or are some of these "wobbles" caused by people reacting(or overreacting)
to road conditions etc?
Thinking maybe a wheel weight fell off and to check the tire ratation, I found ALL of the outside row on both sides spokes are loose on the rear! Does chaning the rear tire (and rubber band?!?) help the spokes to loosen?
Quarter turn on most, a little more for others, just made 'em stop rattling, went for a test ride, everything is solid again! Will get the manual out tomorrow...Thanks all
