Didn't buy my bike at Stormy Hill, but started using them for service when I had issues at another dealership - and Dave, the service manager, has been AWESOME. Knows me, knows my bike, gives personalized service, and labor rates and regular service prices are better than other dealers in the area. Stormy Hill HD gets my vote and my money every time.

this person asked me to commit bank fraud against H-D and i would not do it. then he had the nerve to come back and ask me to commit warranty fraud against H-d. I promise you it had nothing to do with the color of his skin

[quote=FatBoyX2;3788845]I must be honest, for the most part, my experience with Stormy Hill Harley Davidson has been okay, with the exception of my only two dealings with the "general" manager Richard "Chip" Simpson. This moron is rude, obnoxious, arrogant and very unprofessional. He must be related to the owner. I cannot fathom any self respecting business owner allowing this rude and arrogant idiot to be in charge of an out-house, let alone a Harley Davidson dealership.

This moron isn't only rude to the customers, he's rude to the employees as well. If you plan to visit this dealership, stay far away from Richard "Chip" Simpson as you possibly can. If for any reason you have to encounter this idiot, be prepared to be insulted and treated as if you have no worth.

I am a business owner and if I treated any of my clients in the manner this idiot treats his customers and employees, I would have been out of business long ago. It's a blessing to the owners that they have the Harley Davidson name over their building. If not for that, I'm sure, with "Chip" running the show, they would have been out of business many years ago.

It's a shame that a decent establishment should lose business because of one arrogant moron. I have now advised my entire HOG Chapter, friends, family and any one who will listen, NEVER GO TO STORMY HILL HARLEY DAVIDSON AS LONG AS Richard "Chip" Simpson IS THE GENERAL MANAGER!!![/quote THIS GUY ASKED ME TO COMMIT WARRANTY FRAUD AND BANK FRAUD AGAINST H-D AND I WOULD NOT DO IT. WHOS THE MORON

I've only been in the dealership once but have been in their other dealership Gator Harley Davidson several times on my ride from Tampa to Daytona Beach , on a return trip from Daytona Bike Week back to Tampa one year on a Sunday I broke down and limped into Gator a few hours before they closed , the service manager and a mechanic stayed late to get me back on the road , if Stormy operates like them what more could you ask for

They are owned by the same folks that own Gator Harley and both dealerships have been up front and straight with me for the past several years. I have purchased through both dealerships and have no complaints.
