I was in the area on vacation last year when the amp on my brand new cvo street glide took a dump.they looked at it right away found out it was bad and orderd a new one had it in a week brought it back installed it in about an hour under warranty great service thank dave and staff.

It's a blessing to the owners that they have the Harley Davidson name over their building. If not for that, I'm sure, with "Chip" running the show, they would have been out of business many years ago.

It's a shame that a decent establishment should lose business because of one arrogant moron. Just to clear the record, THERE WAS NO FRAUD OF ANY KIND ON MY PART, DUMB ***! I was simply asking your dealership to facilitate the transfer of title from the original owner to me. THE PROCESS IS CALLED "DEALER ASSIST," IDIOT. Where was the fraud? Another dealership took care of it WITH NO HESITATION. Like an idiot I came back a second time with my second bike simply to ask you guys to assist me with the warranty transfer on my second bike. AGAIN, WHERE WAS THE FRAUD, GENIUS? The warranty was TRANSFERABLE! And again, another dealership took care of it for me WITH NO PROBLEM! You should roll over every morning and give your girlfriend a HUGE GRATEFUL HUG. WITHOUT HER SUPPLYING YOU A JOB, YOU WOULD BE COLLECTING GARBAGE FOR A LIVING!!
