Default Installing HD Adjustable Rider Backrest- Any helpful tips?
I am installing an adjustable HD rider backrest today on my 08 Street Glide.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; For all those that have installed those already, can you offer any helpful hints and tips?

Get some one with tiny hands to reach in under the seat neck to hold the nuts and bolts in place.&nbsp\\;It's kind of hard by your self.

Don't read the instructions! Just look at the exploded view and go from there.

Just take your time mounting the&nbsp\\;ajuster bracket and you will be fine. It is a tight fit to get the one nut on.&nbsp\\;

Don't forget the wrench that you used to hold the adjuster mounting nut in place when you put the seat back on.&nbsp\\; Luckily I caught it before going anywhere.

Get a catalog, They've had the backrest for 08's for a long time.

in order to get to the nuts, I had to make my own wrench, I just took a wrench that I didn't need and bent it at a 90, worked great
