Will dealers allow 09 Test rides?
Would you buy any 09 Touring model without doing a test ride? \\; With so many changes I think it would be buying a pig in a poke.  \\; I think my 01 RG still is providing me a ride superior to later models.

Some dealers will and some wont. Call around until you find one that has one in demo service.Have to understand that the bikes are in short supply especially if you are talking Road Glide SE.Not to many Road Glides sell anyway and purchasers want a fresh new bike. Dealers would have to potentially come off price for a bike with miles. I would not expect many will allow SE TEST RIDES.

I won't buy anything without a test drive, and I don't think I should have to pay for it by way of rental fees.

I would think the way the bike market is right now, most dealers are gonna have demo ride days at least for the tourers to create interest. I know I would if I wanted to sell a new design.
