I agree its a gimmick if it is being advertised this way. I had a friend that raced Indy lights and ran this, when I asked him why not just use air, he told me the gas is more stable and the pressures dont change as the tire temps change. I guess when youre road racing the tire temp and psi is critical. Makes sense to me, but for a bike....gimmick unless youre on a track.

I have been working for the worlds \\;largest Airgas supplier for 16 years. \\; Nitrogen molecule is larger so it leaks less, nitrogen from a cylinder is dryer, nitrogen from a membrane at your local tire store can have just as much moisture as breathing air. And yes you are breathing 78 % nitrogen. \\; With that said I do not run nitrogen in any of my cars, my bike or anything else, nor do we run it in the transport tankers that deliver the cryogenic liquid (nitrogen minus 295'F). \\; Good dry air in tires \\;works just fine, \\; Also the statement on Nirtoren is \\; not as voilent in a blow out, my friends.. pressure, is pressure, The end result is the same. \\;  \\;Tim

YES YOU CAN MIX AIR AND NITROGEN. FOR THE COST? NO NITRO JUST DOES NOT EXPAND OR REACT TO TEMP CHANGES. THATS WHY 200PSI AT 40,000 FT AT 70 BELOW AND YOU LAND YOU STILL HAVE 200PSI IN THE TIRES IN AVIATION. BIKES WASTE OF MONEY UNLESS YOU ROAD RACE
