Tire Plug Kit Reccomendations
I'm looking for a quality tire plug kit for my Street Glide. \\; Does anyone have experience with these kits and which ones work better than others. \\; How many CO2 inflators should I be carrying to properly inflate a tire? \\; Thanks in advance!

I got a Parts Unlimited self-vulcanizing kit because it is compact. I think all the vulcanizing kits are similar. I got this kit because it's small and fits inside my Slime Compressor case. I carry the compressor instead of bottles because it doesn't take up much space and it provides more inflation capability.

There is a retired guy that goes to the same indy shop as i do. The mechanic showed me this kit for tire repair. It's an onboard compressor with a line hook up on the opposite side as the lighter...has a gauge and hides nicely under the fairing..It's a nice unit but i have tube tires and already have a small compressor i carry on our Ultra.

I bought a little air compressor made \\;for motorcycles on ebay. \\; Have not fill my bike tire up but it did fill a buddy's truck tire without issue.

My bud (WJR radio Car Show on sat mornings) repaired my rear tire on my (EGC) about 2 years ago and I road another 1500 miles on it before replacing… The next hole I decided to tube…

stopngo also makes a nice little compressor that works great in case you don't want to carry co2. It's on their website.

If you have tubeless tires the stop n go mushroom plugs with insertion gun work very well \\; \\; \\; also store a small stop n go air compressor as much easier than co2

For a cheap, simple, compact, but quality tire repair kit, stop by a BMW dealer and pick up one of their branded kits. Not much bigger than a pack of cigarettes, comes with three CO2 canisters, and does the trick. Around $25.
For a more comprehensive kit that will bail you out even if you f*ck up the first try or two, get the aforementioned Stop N Go kit (http://www.stopngo.com/motorcycle.asp)\\; and the Cycle Pump air compressor (http://bestrestproducts.com/celestia...cts/cyclepump/). The two together don't take up much space and always travel with me in my saddlebags.
