After reading this forum, I have come to the conclusion that mine is too hot also. \\; Apparently I was getting burned and didn't know it. \\; I told my wife about it, but she doesn't believe me.

yesterday it was 90 out so I opened the hood of my 07 Chevy pickup and crawled up and sit on the top of the engine with a couch pillow and guess what it was FING HOT and I don't know why its even water cooled and has an oil cooler and STILL HOT

Maybe some fuel management and a k/n and some exhaust will that help NOT
