ok my bad didnt know they discontinued the older models.&nbsp\\; i will check with dealers around here tomorrow all closed today. u looking for a SG one?

Yep. My opinion is get the adjustable HD Backrest. It is a dream for a bad back and a long day in the saddle. Completely adjustable back and forward and up and down.

definitively think it'll help, planning on doing +/- 525 miles a day.&nbsp\\;Sth Florida to Milwaukee three days going, three days Milwaukee and three days coming back&nbsp\\;

Bought my backrest in April from Corpus Christi HD.&nbsp\\; Its adjustable with an allen wrench, no levers.

It appears the backrest is available but the mounting kit will not be available until September 2008
