Are the bars on the 2008 touring models (RG) 1" or 1 1/8"?

my 08 Ultra is 1 inch&nbsp\\;outside dia.&nbsp\\;

Most stock bikes are 1", some if not most of the CVO's are larger.

bars on 08 ultra are 1 1/4. my source, digital caliper.
