I put the HD LED's on both my scoots. \\; Followed my son on his scoot as he rode both of mine and was very impressed with visibility, especially in the day light. \\;
I went to go see 1 and wondered what to do about lighting up the plate? The 1 i saw did not have the plate window. They do look good but i don't want to move my plate or run wires to light it. Any 1 have any suggestions?
In reply to Sarhog on Kuryakyn LED LIght. I have owed 2 smoked Kuryakyn LED replacement taillights. One on my FXST and the second one on my FLHX. The first one continued to get water inside of it, and then finally my rider buddies all told me that both were hard to see...At both day and night! I rode one of my friends bike, in order to see? And true, it wasn't near as bright as the stock bulb taillight. And this was a problem on both bikes! When Harley came out with their LED version, I got it and it's a lot more visible and serves the purpose and no problems either....I'll be truthful with you too! Honestly I haven't been impressed with most of Kuryakyn products that I have bought. My 2 cents

HD makes the LED tail light lens \\;with and without a top window. The SG tail light assembly has it's on light for the plate and does not need the window.
