Default Who was/is your mentor?

I've often wondered how some of us approached building up our bikes and I reflect back on some of the bikes I used to salivate over when I started on this forum.

I used to get goo-goo eye'd over IceHeritage's Roadie, Primo's SG, Fishafly's RK, Fast Eddie's RK, and Rocket Jockey's Roadie. Of course there is a ton of gorgeous bikes in the forum, but I just remember staring at these for what seemed like hours.

Do tell your secrets............

I think MOCO would probably be my mentor.
You see your black bike in a sea of black bikes, you want to be different.
Thanks for the inspiration, MOCO!
