rear passenger footboard ext kit drwbacks

just a quick heads up to those that havent installed em yet. added Soos 1" ext to the rear floorboards. hi quality 5 min install makes a huge diff. BUT it does hit the back of your leg when backing up and makes it harder to reach the wheeldock center stand if ya have one. these probs are easy to adjust to if u r aware of them and for me the extra room is worth it.

I don't have the center stand, but I do have a little more problem backing up also. The gain in room for my legs at a stop when my wife is on was worth it. There never seems to be that "perfect" solution does there? Everything is always a compromise!

Agreed, that was the first thing I noticed, when I put my bike in reverse (me backing it up), the first thing that happened was I hit my legs on them. Worth it for the extra room.

Installed mine today, but have not ridden the bike yet (waiting for new seat). I kinda figured that might be an issue, but disregarded in favor of wife comfort.
