I own an '05 Road King Custom...my wife is as tall as I am and even on the lowest setting with passenger floorboards she needs to change positions relatively frequently or her knees bother her within a fairly short riding period...she also suffers from MS...

I put the HD adjustable foot boards on my 06 Ultra for my wife; she loves them and I am a happier man for it. The HD adj foot boards should fit your 05RK.
