Smile waiting on my 09 street glide in oz

Hey guys vinny here from melbourne australia,just ordered my 09 street glide from harley heaven in melbourne city,and i cant wait, i am selling my 92 heritage softail classic and i am getting my SG IN OCTOBER,am i gunna enjoy the change from softail (this heritage is my third one to tourer? as i havnt ridden a tourer yet i am only going by what i have read here!! my brothers both have 07 and 08 softail customs ,and they are both on my case telling me i am nuts for buying a big tourer!! i just love the look of the SG and i think for the extra couple of thou$and its a helluva better bike than their softails ,not taking anything away from the softail customs !they rock. i want to fit a pair of vance and hines monster ovals do the 08's fit the 09? my order:09 street glide ,pewter pearl,smooth wheels laced ,
white wall changeover. they tell me abs and cruise are standard on 09 tourers.

cant wait for the SG TO COME MY WAY!
hurry up october!!

Congrats , I will be ordering an 09 SG in December. I didn tknow the cruise and ABS were standard now,that awesome. All the more reason to get one. Can anyone here in the states confirm that ?

Look out for the kangaroos

Cruise ($270) and ABS ($795) are OPTIONS....

Im still getting the ABS , why wouldnt you ? If your buying a 19K bike might as well.

Remember, he's buying his HD in Australia. The way HD's are optioned for overseas sale is probably different than Stateside. I'm guessing that those "options" are standard in OZ and the price is just increased to cover it and it cuts down on the number of possible different bikes that get shipped halfway around the world.

Of course I could be wrong.

WHOO HO !!! U FARGIN BEAUTY! just got off the phone with my dealer here in melbourne australia,and he told me i get abs ,and cruise as standard on the 09 streetglide for australia. cantfargnwait!
