First I used all V&H but found their Basic mufflers were too loud for me. Went to a set of used off road se mufflers, got a good price. They sounded awesome but lost too much power and they to were too loud for me. I went to the se 64895-07a's I got a lot more low end now and they sound great, just the right amount of sound for me. They do get a little loud when under a hard load/pull plus my mpg went up a lot. I got the most power from the all V&H set up though.

I was in the same boat here. Everyone is running the rineharts, and I pefer to be a little different. I bought the Hardkrome T-rexs, I love them!
Unfortunately all of my friends liked them two, now I am no longer different, two of the guys I ride with have them now, and another is thinking of going to them. Oh well..
Stay away from the T-Rex's. They have a long history of problems and they don't like to take care of their customers. I hope the people who have them don't have any problems with them. I speak from experience. I also have great faith in V&H. Good luck in choosing your exhaust. I did also at one time have true duals. It was one of the worst decisions I made. I went to a 2-1 for awhile and am now back to stock headers with V&H Ovals.
hey Jag1886 let me know what ya think about the fatcats,,,,,,,how they sound ,I have true duals now running Rush that I cut dow.......they sound pretty good but I am droping aset of Woods cams so thinking a fatcat to try to bump the TRQ,
