Default Trading in Street glide

So I am thinking of trading in my 06 SG for a Roadking or a Heritage. I like the Sg but miss the wind anyone out there have a detachable fairing on their Roadking? About how much was it with stereo? I just want to be able to take it off when I want like the old Electra glides used to be.

I was talking to a local HD mechanic about his SG and asked how he deals with the hot Oklahoma summer. He keeps an Electraglide windshield in his side bag. It only takes five minutes to switch to the EG shield for long rides and rain and then switches back to the stock SG shield for shorter hot trips.

Try a shorter windshield and they make those little wings that go on the bottom side of the fairing. Get the ones that are adjustable to bring more air at you when hot and less when cold. They work nice.
