Default Bagger Poll

Been wondering for a while: how many Bagger riders actually started out riding on a Bagger instead of some other non-bagger bike? Scooters, dirtbikes and street bikes below 750cc don't count in this poll. I'm talking about your first serious street bike purchase. I know the number is small, but "I gots ta know"....

My first and only bagger is my 13th bike. Can't imagine starting out on a bike this big and heavy. Also, I wouldn't want to start here because there's no place left to move up to. Unless I crash it, this is my last one!

My first Harley was a Dyna Wide Glide, great bike had a lot of fun on it; I just got old and needed bags to carry my and my wifes stuff!

Bike 14 was a honda VT1100 in 04. Bike 15 was a 06 Ultra. Looked big but so easy to ride. In no time I was comfortable on it. Yesterday bought bike 16. 09 Ultra. This one should hold me for a while.

I've owned jap sport bikes (presently have a Suzuki) and cruisers. But never have I had a bagger that fit the bill better than my Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. No one can beat the chrome, sound, roominess, vast dealer parts and service network. Yep, costs plenty, but nothing worthwhile is free.
