I changed the seat on all my HD's except the Heritage. The stock seat is pretty good. It is kind of pathetic spending all this money on a bike and you usually have to replace the seat.
Just did a 4 day trip to Mammoth and we rode Sat & Sun for 11 hours on back roads and the stock seat on my 08 Ultra was great. Can't say the same for my 01 Ultra. Tail bone would be killing me for that kind of riding.
I've found my stock seat has a great reminder feature. Right at about 1.5hours it reminds me I should be getting off and walking around. Has saved me a few times from staying in the saddle too long and getting tired.
