has anyone used an antenna from a delphi roady xt xm radio set up. i have xm on my bike but have been wanting to get a zumo 550 and was not sure how the antenna set up was. just planning ahead. thanks for any help
You have to buy the antenna specifically designed for the Zumo. It actually contains electronics, as well as the antenna, for XM. A standard antenna from another XM radio won't work (connectors are very different as well). Hope this helps.
buzzy62 you have to use the xm antenna that is specific to the zumo 550. That antenna also includes the electronics xm receiver also, not just the antenna. Unless GT_roadglide has a very new model 550 that has an internal antenna most do not. I have the 2007 model and to receive xm you have to purchase the antenna/receiver separately.
