Question re Installing Progressive 440's on a Streetglide

Default Question re Installing Progressive 440's on a Streetglide
I am installing Progressive 440's on my streetglide and want to check the mounting instructions. As I understand it, the provided bushings with the shoulders get inserted into the shock eyes and then the shocks are mounted with the shoulder side of the bushing flush up against the frame of the bike. On the other side of the shock eye, the large washers that are included in the package of mounting hardware go onto each shock bolt so that they are flush up against the shock bushing. Correct? No spacers needed?

that is how did mine and they have been that way for about 40,000 miles
