Talked to FireCapt today regarding the ARC system because I had some questions about it. I just have to say that he spent so much extra time with me on the phone explaining the product and application (I know nothing about stero stuff), I was not only impressed but he made me feel like I had known him for years. A real good guy. I will be ordering from him next week. He takes good care of forum members too! If you have trouble with electrical he will walk you through it. But for me, if you ever wired up simple 4 way trailer lights or anything like that this would be a snap. I'll let you know how fast delivery goes and how it sounds.
I also talked with FireCap yesterday about the ARC amp and speakers. Very helpful and seemed like a genuine nice guy. Takes his time to educate you about the product. Will be calling him soon when I save up some $$....
I also spoke with Firecap yesterday about Arc Audio amp, and speakers for my 08 Ultra. He talked just like he had known me for years. He made some suggestions to me that made alot of sinse. Its easy to tell that he knows what he's talking about within the first few minates of our conversation. Im planning a trip to Oklahoma in the near future, and i plan to stop by, and buy my amp, and speakers from him in person. That will give me a chance to meet him in person.
