Thought I would post a few pics of the Arc Audio Mini. Any of you that have any doubts about this amp or Firecap forget about them. Install was easy and just like Firecap said "This thing is a little Monster".
These first 2 pics are the only wires on the bike I had to cut. And if that bothers you, they could have been attached with terminals crimped on the speaker level harness. I prefer to solder and heatshrink my connections.
The most time was spent on the 12V and ground to the battery. I chose to run it under the console covered by split loom. Used adhesive wire tie anchors to hold the harness in place
The rest was just connections and securing the wireing. The amp is attached to the head unit with adhesive industrial velcro I picked up at Lowes. I also added XTC speaker baffles which seemed to tighten up the bass. Hope this helps some with your installs.
looks good bro. i found 10 sq ft of rblox on ebay for about 38$ i used it to wrap the inside of my outer fairing and soundproof the whole thing and turn it into a bass box!

Plan on using up my leftover dynamat xtreme when my hawgwired speaker grills come in. Just got back from my first road test had to turn the gain down a little. Forgot about the AVC turning up the volume at speed. Sounds so crisp and clean with more bass impact. I have it highpassed at 110Hz with 0 bass boost and bass still sounds great. Hope my new JL speakers can handle this thing. Firecap is the tunemeister! Thanks Blue for sending me his way.
glad you like the unit. which jl units do you have? i have the vr525 csi and am pushing 107 watts to each speaker with little to no distortion. some bass overdriving above 3'/4 volume but hope the rblox will cure that
