Has anyone used these? If so are they good pads?

They are good but not great. Lyndall Z pads are the best IMO.

Thanks Bigredone,

Im just checking my option and I did a search and nothing about the EBC brake pads. The local indy sells the for 34.95 a set. Z-plus are 46.00 Gold-plus a are 60.00 red-plus are 60.00. From what I've read the Z-plus @ 46.00 are the way to go.

EBC organic pads work fine for me, the sintered metal pads are too aggressive for my chromed rotors, they were scoring them. EBC recommends their organic for show or chromed rotors.

I have no issues using these pads (FA400). Stop well in dry and wet.

I used them on my Hayabusa and my ZX-11 and they worked well. Haven't tried them on the HD.

I have the organic on the back of my bike and they are the worst POS I have ever run. Feels like 2 Hershey bars, they smear the brake pad onto your rotor. I do not have another recommendation to a brake pad

These are the ones Im looking at not the organic.

The EBC HH brake pads offer the highest friction rating for MAXIMUM stopping power. They are made from Sintered copper alloy for longer life and perfect braking under all riding conditions, wet, dry, hot or cold. Where required, unique STAINLESS STEEL radiator plates are fitted to reduce heat transfer into bikes hydraulics. The EBC unique “Double Segment” VENTED design keeps pads cooler and prevents pad drag, overheat, and fade.

Pads range in price from $30-36 on sale usually. Single pad per piston sets are usually $45-50 per caliper.

it has been my experience that the longer lasting the pad, the less long lasting of your rotor... so whatever your choice, it is weighing the costs and benifits. I do not ride or brake hard, but even then, my OEM rotors on road king have developed a warp and need replacement
