I've got an 08 Ultra that I find myself leaning forward a little when riding. I'd like to install the touring pullback handlebars but would like some input; pros and cons if any; before I spend the money. THANKS!
I installed them. I didnt like the angle they put your wrists. Too twisted, very uncomfortable.
I then installed the Kromeworks Sweeper bars. Very nice, natural feel.
There is also the Chubby bars 575's I think. people love those also. http://www.wild1inc.com/handlebars.html http://www.khromewerks.com/
I've got 2 inch pullbacks on my older Ultra and I really like them, compared to stock bars on the newer bikes that I've ridden. I am seriously debating foregoing ABS on the bike I will be buying next spring if the pullback bars can't be installed. I guess that's trading safety for comfort, but that's how much I like them.
I have 2" Pullback on my 2008 Standard w/abs. I had HD bars modified by a local builder, added a longer clutch cable and used the same brake line and tbw unit. It can be done. I love these bars!

Wild One 575's are hard to beat. Put them on my 05 Ultra. The larger bar is very nice looking and the additional width and pull back fit nicely. I'm 5'8".

Hi Brian . . .
I also installed the Khrome Werks sweepers on my 07 RG.
I have a set of 1-1/4" Carlini Touring bars that have quite a bit of pull-back that I would like to sell. PM me if interested and I will send a picture of them on my bike.

I have the khromewerks Sweeper bars on my SG (not shown in the sig pic), they are better than stock but they still don't do the trick for me. They are a little to wide and I would like about another inch pullback.
I am looking for 2" pullbacks. I rode about 400 miles yesterday, and since the accident last summer, I minded it more in the mid shoulder blade portion of my upper back/lower neck. I find I am leaning forward too far, not much, but still enough to make the difference. I never noticed it for the past 6 years on the same bike. Anyone have a good part number on handlebars that will give me about 2" of pullback? I am happy with the 1" bars. I have the ram mount for my gps on the 1" bars and do not wish to change it.
