Anyone? "bump"
I have an 02 ultra w/ stage1 and monster ovals
Thanks,
Rusty
When I bought my tuner the dealer said it was the last one that had the cd included.
To be honest I haven't even looked at it yet. I was too excited to install the software and re-flash with a canned map, which by the way has worked so good I am not going to dyno until someday when I install cams and do some head work. In hind sight, if all you are doing is a A/C and exhaust, you dont even need a tuner. Just go to dealer and have them install a map. The tuner comes more into play after you start getting into engine upgrades and need the ability to build custom map.
I just received from Zanotti:
1 x 32111-09 (32111-09) = $19.44 CD
1 x 32184-08 (32184-08) = $30.00 Cable kit
1 x 32101-08 (32101-08) = $24.00 DVD
1 x 32109-08A = $358.74 SE Pro Super Tuner
Let me know what you think of that DVD. I might want to buy one. Make sure you download all the updates from the web before you load a map to your bike. I made that mistake, it corrupts the data on your ecm and you have to take bike to dealer to flash ecm back to stk. After updates works like a champ. Now I just have to learn how to tweak a canned map.
Thanks,
Rusty
I had heard of that happening also. I am probably just going to sell mine unopened and go with the TTS so I can have full control including reflash back to stock (for when it comes time to sell) without stealership intervention. For now a buddy gave me a great deal on a TMax.
Does anyone have information about Pro Super Tuner kits?
The part number with the CD and price also the the part number without the CD and also price. I still think my dealer screwed me that is why I went to another dealer to buy the parts to make the kit complete.
I paid the first dealer $459.95 for the 32109-08A and $320.00 for the Dyno tune. Shop Supplies $25.00 Tax $29.10 Total $834.05 .....and NO freaking CD?????
You do not get or even need the cd unless you are going to tune the ecm yourself. If you are planning on adjusting the map or checking data logging you will also need a cable dongle to connect between the two. The cable from the pc to the sest is a usb cable just like the the one my printer uses but the one from the sest to the ecm is not as readily (i.e. best buy) available. The parts I listed are for the "full" package as far as I know. The Mastertune TTS is made by the SERT manufacturer and I consider it the "newest sert". The SEST is not made by the same company as I understand. I hope this helps. I do hope others will correct me if I am wrong...
