Hey everyone. I purchased my 3rd Harley about a month ago. Its a 2001 Road Glide. I had an Electra Glide with a 6 inch winshield before and loved it. I test rode the Road Glide with the stock windshield...and really liked it. At the point of purchase, I had them order and install a Kuryakyn low profile sport windshield, seeing how I liked the lower windshield in the EG. When I took the RG out....I HATED the Kuryakyn shield. I don't mind a bit of wind in my face...but it was rediculous. I put the stock one back on less that an hour later. I loved the looks of the Kury....but it didn't block ANY wind. How do the lower profile Harley (4 and 6 inch) shields compare to the Kuryakyn?

Also, is there any sites that have, say, an 8 or 9 inch smoked shield?

Maybe a Klock Werks flare windshield would suit you?
