Default ?changing fork lowers?

It's a 2006 Roadking classic, and I'm changing my lower legs to the chrome jobs.
Anyone here know what size socket/box wrench I need to remove my "fork cap bolt" it looks like a 1 3/8" but I figured I check before I go out and buy one.

I used channel locks on 3 different bikes, I was too cheap to buy the tool I guess.

Also in case you don't know, the the bottom bolt is a 6mm and is taken out easier with an impact wrench.
