headlight wiring issue

I have a 91' electra glide. the problem is that it keep blowing out my headlight bulb(the third one in 2 months). the biggest problem is that it will also burn out my turn signal module. I've changed out all the circuit breakers, battery, and the module. I also redid the ends of the ground wires under the dash. the stator was just changed last year. last week I rode it without the module in the bike and it burned out the headlight again. any help?

Have you measured the voltage at the battery while the motor is at 2000/2500 rpm? Have you measured the voltage at the headlight & turn signal module connections?
