I am installing a set of chrome swith housing on my 08 Sg, and I was wondering if anyone knows if someone sells a rubber plug to fill the empty space for the cb control on the lower left housing.
Sounds like you have the wrong one just like the dealer sold me if you have cruise you have to have the housings for an sg and the buttons for an ultra
There is a plug that you would insert in the empty space.I believe you could just use the one from your existing housings. My rkc has the plug in the housings.I have a set of chrome housings myself and when i do the install i'll probably just use the one from the existing housing if i cant find the plug.
I checked the catalog they do have a kit page 632 but i dont think its what your looking for.I also went out and rechecked on my bike and the housing plug is there.Just use your old one if yours has it.Its black though since its on the stock housings.

Good luck. When adding cruise to an SG or EGC and chrome switch housings, HD doesn't offer a chrome housing kit specifically for this combination. So, as I did, people order the Classic/SG kit and add a lower right from the Ultra kit (to accommodate the cruise switch) or an Ultra kit and buy the lower left used in the EGC/SG set.
dont mean to hijack but i have these for my rkc.saving them till i do my bars.I was assuming these will fit my rkc which has cruise.I mean they look exactly to what i have now except chrome.
