Question black exhaust shields
say if i wanted to stay with my stock header pipe and wanted to get some kind of black slip-ons.how do you paint or make your stock shields black to match slip-ons?is there some kind of black hi-temp or ceramic paint for this job? any prep involved before paint or coating them?

I used high temp header paint on the pipe that shows in the gap. All I did is sand it down and paint it. I am doing my shields the same way this weekend

Best thing to do is send them off for ceramic coating

Hey is there a ceramic gloss black? All my powder coating is gloss. Or is the nature of ceramic general flat?
