my bike 07 SG will not idle--I checked the idle cable it is connected --- a little lose at the throttle but connected.
I tried to adjust it to get it tight but ran out of room on the bolt--took the breather off does not seem to be any lose cables -- the two cables are connected and seem to be functioning when I turn the throttle--any suggestions?
I have a 2007 street glide. I installed the 13.8 XiED's from Nightrider.com to solve the heat problem and as a bonus, the idle got smooth, consistant and dependable. i used to see some pretty erratic idle changes depending on how the bike was just ridden. I have the stock ECU with slipons and a K&N direct replacement air filter.
[QUOTE=G$;3855181]....sounds more like a mapping problem for ur EFI. U runnin a Thundermax? SERT? Fuel Pak?
+1, knowing what mods if any on your bike will help with diagnosis. Have heard of intakes being loose causing problems also. If no mods, take to dealer if possible if under warranty. Good luck and let us know.

Unplug both connectors at pclll (behind right side cover) and plug factory ends together , bypassing pclll. Then unplug o2 eliminators and plug factory ends back to o2 sensors. This will put bike back to factory original. Might check closed throttle position on pciii first, dynojet web site or software has procedure for this.
thanks for all the help --- I'm trading it on a goldwing tomorrow (just kidding) trading it in on a 08 Road Glide tomorrow --- I always wanted a RG -- time to order a HQs 107 motor
