If anyone is interested in getting a regular or lay down tail light for their bike, either red or smoked, I can recommend the guy who made mine without reservation.
It's the smoked lay down lens with 52 top of the line LED's. He incorporated a Back-Off brake light XP signal module into the light, along with two LED's that strobe all of the time. Plug -N-Play operation.
The name of the business is Retro Lighting Concepts and can be reached at :
Do you have a pic of the tail light on your 09 FLHX? At night also? What was the price for the unit that you have?
Wish I had a bike to put it on, supposed to be here sometime this week. I have a 42 LED set up on my V-Rod and it's blinding at night, so 50+ will be brighter.
As far as price, I don't kiss and tell. He's just starting out and I think he hooked me up for the good word of mouth.
If you have something in mind, e-mail him. I'm sure you won't be disappointed in the price or product.
