My wife and I were just talking about our KING and our first day out and how awesome the ride was. We both are taking a day off work this week to ride the whole day again. We are just amazed how good it was/is.

I looked at 'em all last year without considering price until after I decided what I wanted for my first Harley. Started think I wanted Heritige Deluxe and when I saw the Road King Classic my search was over. I added the leather tour pack for my wife, but I prefer it without. Used the windshield on the way to Stugis and pulled it off for the week in Sturgis. The bike handles much better without the windshield and I love the wind in my face, not to mention the Road King looks way cool without the windshied. This bike has a look and configuration for every occasion. I'm thinking about adding a removable faring for the tunes which would cover every setup that I could possibly want.

Hey Bruce can you do a picture from the rear and also a left side picture so I can see what the bike looks like with the 2 into 1.

I thought I wanted a Fatboy. Thank God that deal fell through and the Road King Classic fell into my happily ever after hands. It IS good to be the KING. Woooooooooooo Hoooooooooo!!!!!

I know it's called a Road King, but my Classic is so beautiful I always refer to her as "she," just like a boat. Almost bought the Standard, which I also think is a good looking rig, but when I saw those Classic leather bags and the way they just flow with the bike's shape, I was sold.

My KING (FLHRI) is on order. Build date is scheduled for April 5, and pick-up date from dealer should be April 15. The wait is killing me.[sm=sigh.gif]
