RE: Do you LOVE your Road King? Std/Custom/Classic
I hate mine. What a piece of ****. All that money I put into it and what have I got. A lame wallowing hunk of steel and plastic with only 94 horsepower and 104 fp of torque. What good is it if it can't beat a crotch rocket. I'm thinking of taking a hammer to the damn thing and making a sculpture out of it. Maybe then it would serve a purpose. Seriously, the MoCo should give these things away. They suck. [:@] [sm=smarty.gif]

RE: Do you LOVE your Road King? Std/Custom/Classic
Wife's second trip out on the King today. She is in love. We rode about 200 miles and she didn't wiggle, grunt, and/or bitch at me to stop at every gas station/exit to get off and stretch. I asked once and SHE said she was good, I am so happy and so is she. She told me, we are keeping this one!!!for a long long time.

My RKC is in the shop being look at, Just got it and put 170 miles on it and was having a little problem with the sputting and poping during the local driving. Had the True Duals install when I brought it. And I miss my bike, and tomorow its going to be in the mid 60s and my bike is at the dealers. What a bummer.[X(][]
