Default Slip ons

I got a 06 Road King with the stage one and slip-ons, but I don't like the sound. Can I just get a different set of slip-ons without having to reprogram the fuel injection?

yes

Try "Rush" slip ons.
I had them on my Fat Boy and still think they have the best deepest sound.

Thanks for asking that question. I'm thinking of doing the same. Thanks to those who responded also.
