Gas gauge popped out

Default Gas gauge popped out
While I was cleaning my 08 RK Classic my hand hit the gas gauge and it popped out.
I pushed it back in. Is this something I should have the dealer fix? I really hate going to them. Thanks for your help.

It should be held in on the backside. Pull the outer fairing (easy to do) and you will see the problem.

It's a Road King. The gas gauge is on/in the tank.

As Texas said, you just fixed it.

The dealer will tell ya that's normal, expecially if it hits the road and shatters.
