whine

i have a 95 roadking.i have a whine on decel only.pull the clutch lever in and goes away.if you give just a bit of throttle it goes away..help..
yes i have changed fluid adusted primary chain and secondary

its gone!!! the secondary belt was rubbing on the side of the clutch hub when it should have been riding in the middle of the pulley
