If you're in the customer service biz, of which a business is, then the business moto should be Treat others as you wish to be treated". Everybody has a bad day every now and then, and takes it work with them, but it's no excuse to take it out on the customer, or vice versa even if your dealing with a twit of a salesperson.
That one's hard for me, but sometimes I find that if I just try and be as nice as I can that things work out, and if not well at least I didn't raise my blood pressure. LOLOLOL!!!

I am very envious of you guys, my American brothers! Seems like you guys have an HD dealer every 10 miles or so in the big cities. In Canada where I live, the closest 3 are each over 1.5 hours ride. When I was shopping for my new ride all 3 gave the same price and refused to budge. Not even any perks. I am in the motorcycle accessory business and sponser most of the same rides and shows that these dealers do so they know me quite well. Customer service is the only difference and that is why I ride 2 hours to buy my parts. I visited a few dealers in Japan and they treat you like gold there. Coffee and rolls are always there and they are set up like a coffee shop. Riders go in there not just to buy stuff but just sit and talk and enjoy a fresh coffee or tea. One dealer offered me his own bike for a ride to see some sites with him and his buddies when he found out I was in his land for 4 weeks without my ride. (gave a free t shirt also) I do believe the dealers here know you are going to buy the bike anyway and they do not have to work at the sale. We are not even allowed to purchase bikes in the US for the cheaper prices. K, I'm finished, thanks for listening to my vent!

Yep Petersons has a hands on owner, believe he is 84 this year, still rides like a mad man, been on a few rides with him, former professional racer, long time dealer. Runs a good shop.

Add me to the Petersons list, top notch IMO. The other dealer who shall remain nameless is worthless.
