Anyone having trouble with vibrations above 60 mph ???? Vibration is felt in the floorboards and the hand grips ....... 60 some 70 more and above 75 vibrates like craze. Dont really fell anything until 60 mph.
Check the exhaust to frame mounts for loose bolts. Otherwise, with stock exhaust & AC, the bike do vibrate at those speeds. My feet used to vib off the floor boards until I got slip-ons, then gone! I'n talking about "normal" vibration tho'. If it is "excessive" in your view take it to dealer for check: could be mount torque check time!
Mine doesn't vibrate once I start rolling at any speed.
But here lately it seems like I'm getting a vibration with my teeth at any speed below 2200 rpm.
So I run in 5th gear below 65 mph.
If I do 65 mph in 6th, it seems to vibrate my teeth a little.
I never noticed it the first 4,000 miles.
Maybe I didn't notice before.
I told them to check out the motor mounts during the 5,000 service,
but who knows if they did or not.
