I saw a guy at a dealership do something similar. Took off from the garage narrowly
missing a row of parked cars - kept the throttle on trying to stop it with his feet - went over a curb roosted a bunch of sod over a curb missed a few more cars while getting up to about 35mph, and ran smack into a hotel lobby glass entry.
He ended up with a broken hand and minor cuts and bruises (from what I was told) but was surprisingly OK otherwise. It was probably the scariest thing I ever saw on a motorcycle. He never had control of the bike. The whole time I kept thinking chop the throttle - pull in the clutch! Felt totally helpless watching it unfold!
We were there renting an Ultra for a friend for a 1500 mile trip. He was taking his stuff to his truck and didn't see any of it. Good thing too - he probably would have canceled his trip!
