Definitely like the SanDiego version better. Those bags on the first post, well they just don't do a think for me. And the shark nose on the VROD, just doesn't work for me.

My neighbor bought one almost exactly like pictured for his wife as a surprise about two months ago. He got it in Florida and it has a really trick multi-color paint job.

She has riden for years and had a very nice lowered bike that she loved. She does NOT like the v-rod and says it is way too top heavy.

I try to like it but regardless of the angle you tilt your head it just does not look right.

I did the same with a XL1200C for Mrs. HogDog. She is small and wanted a bagger that she can handle, so we came up with the mini-bagger....

The bags and fairing are Corbin. Pricey, but the best looking ones I've seen. Complete with AMP, speakers, etc. yeah I know it ain't a bagger, but it fits the Mrs. and she is very very happy, which keeps me happy...

Check out the parts available for the Road-Rod. Parts available through Dennis Kirk and others. Saw one outside a dealership, and it looked awesome.

The bags on that V-Rod look way too small. I also don't like the shark fairing.
